The mother company, founded in 1950 in Omdurman - Sudan, originally for trading, contracting, animal and agricultural production, and it owned the first Bamboo factory in Sudan.
Founded in 1992 in Omdurman for interior design and decoration works, including the main entrance & lobby in the Council of Ministers, the President's office there, the main hall in Friendship Hall, and the General Manager's office at Kenana Sugar Company.
Founded in 2002 in Sudan, originally for trading.
